Overcoming Shyness in a Customer-Based Job
I think if you're a shy person is just to be in a situation where you actually don't have any choice, you just have to do it. And I think really for me always in a professional context, I've always been able to overcome my shyness in that context. Sometimes if you're forced to do it, even though it's extremely uncomfortable and bordering on suffering, actually it's sometimes the best way. Have you had experience with that? Like working in a customer service job where you've overcome it too? Yes.
