There is actually a way around the whole bear trust agreement kills a deal. You can't be given beneficial ownership to somebody else. Just remember, money is a commodity and there's lots of it out there. Make sure you find someone who you know that when if things go bad or things go wrong or things don't go quite as expected, that you're going to be comfortable working with them.
