What's the Value of Being a Part of an Accelerator?
At the start of your career, there is no guarantee of success. Yet at that stage you really have to sell the founder's experience and ability for that early team to figure it out. The energy in the space was hugely uplifting. There were many days where we kept thinking to ourselves, why did we quit our jobs? Should we go grovelling back and trying to get our jobs back? But talking to other antepeners and realizing everyone's going through it, were in it together, for us, that was the biggest value.
