The Importance of Collaboration in Innovation
I think both customers I have talked about this topic before and I guess we would come to a very similar definition of what we mean by innovation. Just having an invention alone is not sufficient if you're not able to implement that to create uptake and positive impact. So it's really like the interplay between invention as well as commercialization that then ultimately leads to innovation. You may not need the same team for both but rather have collaboration here. That's the way I understand innovation.
