There's definitely a lot of ambiguity and unresolved questions in a crypto tax code per se. Whether it's treated as property or not, meaning there's going to be capital gains or losses on it, isn't actually one of the main topics of consideration. At this point, it's quite unlikely that that will change. And I think there will be lots of changes on hopefully clarifications over time,. How things like air jobs are taxed, how forks are taxed.
