All of our problems come from our belief that we're the mind and we're the body. And so for me, one of the first things was how can I remind myself of that on a daily basis? So I started to put up like a small sticky note next to where I brush my teeth every morning saying, remember, you're not your mind and not your body. Say, every morning, I'll be brushing my teeth and look at that. That would help me and remind me that I wasn't.
