Is the Education System Disfunctional?

From the outside looking in, the education system seems a bit dis functional. You're apparent, what do you think is with it, and how do we go about navigating it? So it's completely unfixible. It has been taken over by a set of people who have no intention of changing it. They don't sey one thing i'm not going to change; they just want their life style back.
