One of the strategies you cite is delegation. It's really again setting modeling the behavior, right? I think there's a bad habit that happens more than not. We should all be engaging in the collective responsibilities of a department. And if we can just help individuals identify where those needs are and set those expectations early in the year, it just makes it easier.
