The magazine that i work for the new yorker, ran cartoons in the thirties with black africans in boiling pots. And if we ran that now, i think we'd be justa ably pilloryd,. Well, it's interesting. Those grievances have been lodged for ages, but were wilfully ignored as long as indigenous peoples did not have the purchasing power or the influence in the body politic to have their voices heard.
