Lessons in Entrepreneurship: Embracing Discomfort

Entrepreneurship is complex, and until fairly recently, it wasn't even seen as a "cool" thing to do. It takes resilience, candid communication, and accountability, just to name a few things. On today's episode of the podcast, I'm sharing my keynote from the NatWest Conference in London from this past week. I talk about the concept of micro-losing and macro-winning in entrepreneurship and how that mindset can change your outlook on success. I also share my thoughts on something I'm very big on now but wasn't always very good at - kind candor. We also talk a bit about the modern CEO and how one of the biggest things many of them need to do moving forward is to spend more time with their employees.
