How to Drain Your Tofu Before Cooking

I like my tofu real firm like almost like here's the trick. I've learned this and she doesn't say to do this, but I do this for every tofu recipe. You take it out of the thing, you wrap it in a paper towel, put it on a plate and then I put a cast iron skillet on top. As long as I can wait, I let it the water drain out at least 10 minutes  and you'll get a good cup of water out of that. Nesoya is the brand that I usually get, N-A-S-O-Y-A I believe.
