The more curious you get, the more likely you are to discover new information. Too many of us end up in over confidence cycles, where we're proud of our existing knowledge,. We then go and see what we want and expect to see confirmation bias. Thus the state of the world right now.

Adam is an organizational psychologist and TED speaker who helps people find meaning and motivation at work. He has been Wharton’s top-rated professor for 7 straight years. As an organizational psychologist, he is a leading expert on how we can find motivation and meaning, and live more generous and creative lives.
