Sally Kohn: I learned some pretty basic sleep tips, things like kind of make your bed a sanctuary. But there was a time when I was pregnant the first time where I just really clearly felt like I needed to nap. And so that's really my biggest experiences with not being able to sleep. She says we can actually sort of direct our body and, you know, visualize it. "I use that quite a lot actually, because it's using suggestion, biology based suggestion," she says.
