The Herb of Love

There was confusion about how to taxonomize this plant that Christobala Costa was talking about, the herb of love. The types of movement on display in the sensitive plant and other rapid moving plants like the Venus fly trap are known as seismonastic movements. These are an example of a bigger category of nastic movements which can be defined by their difference from another type of plant movement called tropisms.
