Dissemination and Bedminster in New Jersey
The dissemination charge would be in New Jersey. You could understand why the government didn't want to build the lily by having multiple charges and multiple jurisdictions. The first thought was, Gee, was this somehow related to her because of her prior work on the case. And that's not my understanding of what happened. Also, it would be hard to relate a criminal case which this is to what was before Judge Aileen Cannon,. That would not really be usual.
