There is an art that I've watched John do that he, people think that he's on stage speaking to 10,000 people. He is really facilitating a safe environment where more people at different levels of leadership can listen to a Maxwell lesson than any other communicator out there. It's okay to feel the weight of the world with multi-million dollar companies on my shoulder. And it's okay to be an entry-level Telesell representative like I was at the beginning. Both can listening to a lesson and begin that leadership journey because John just truly creates the safe environment.
