Discipling Individuals Who Are Not Members of Their Church

Do you disciple individuals who are not members of your church? Yes, in the sense that I have friends who are pastors of other churches. Do they have a particular thing they want to talk about? Is there somebody else might know be acceptable to them? So it just depends on a lot of things. Most of my effort that I do for discipling is for women as well as men. When it comes to one on one, no, I'll do that with just people in my own gender.
