i heard kathy wood on c m b c doing interviews, basically violating c c rules. She basely was telling investors that her fund is going to give 50 % returns per year for the next five years. But not only did she exaggerate the returns publicly, but she understated the risk. This was all part of the colt that investing was turned into gambling. The lawyers are going to be all over that.
