How to Create an IA for a Grocery Store

The grocery store I work for, their back end classifies soda bottles by size. Because that's what matters when you're putting things on shelves. So the IA for that is easy, comparatively, still like, you know, neat thinking. But the hard bit is the integration working with the organization with their existing systems. They're interesting problems, but they don't dig really fast.
