The top 10 days seem incredibly solid and I love the idea of using those first two as an exercise and a tool that you can apply every day in fact for the rest of the day when I go out I'm just going to encounter people and I am going to look for someone who looks like they're having a top-time. Just saying you look like you could use a smile and see what happens but don't say it out loud to them say it inside your head and then just smile at them and see what happening. Don't reinforce it with your voice no no that's heading dangerously into that male thing that guys do where they're like just relax and then women want to kill them
