Is There a Difference in the Way We Think?

Each of us takes him or herself to be the standard of normality, I think. We don't unless we have some good reason. So it seems quite likely that philosophers would have taken it for granted that others' experience was like theirs. Those with vivid imagery would have assumed that this was the norm and those lacking imagery would have made the same assumption.
