Most of America's electricity comes from natural gas around 36 to 38%. Another 30% is fueled by other petroleum products like oil. And those two things, oil and natural gas, tend to actually come from the same wells. We are on track to see a record amount of oil production this year in the United States. All that oil means a lot of natural gas too.
