How to Be a People of Mercy

The basis of your faith is not how good you can do on any given day. It is the mercy of god in our lives, shown to us in jesus coming to the cross to die on our behalf for our sins. There's a scripture in micah seven 18 that talks about the mercy ofgod. And it says this, who is a god like you who pardons sin and forgives the transgression of the remnant of his inheritance? You do not stay angry for ever. We tend to judge other people by their actions, but we judge others, but weJudge ourselves by our intentions.
