Vaccines determined to be unsafe or unsuitable for public use in the west are sent to developing world where their use isn't sintivized by groups like gavy. This is something that is not exclusive just to africa, it also happens in latin americaas well. And obviously people aren't being informed of the risk. Are just added t like the childhoodimmuni on schedules,. at least that's how it is here in chile.
