The Importance of Fragrances
The fragrance industry is very Eurocentric, there are a lot of cis, straight, white, French men who have told us for hundreds of years what smells good and what doesn't smell good. And I work with two female perfumers at our fragrance house to create fragrances that not only I haven't smelled before in candles but are also related to my life experience. There's so much room for so many more stories to be told through fragrance.
