Kenya has taken inspiration from Colombia in the way it produces its coffee. They separate each daily picking, they do grading and screen sizing for green coffee before we export it. It makes a difference for the quality for sure but that's a standard in Kenya. Let's talk about the cultivar stay grill because they are also quite famous.
