You're Back With Rick and Captain Parker Seels

Rick and captain parker seels are back with a new album. It's been four or five years since their last release, the third albem. The pair have not written any music in that time but say they're looking forward to it. Rick says he always dreamt of making a tame parlo album where he didn't feel 'draned' at the end. He also talks about how working by yourself can leave him feeling like someone else.
