The Autopilot Disconnected at 346 and 52 Seconds

The plane was in such an unstable flight that the autopilot didn't know what to do. The captain asked about the position of the power levers, and the first officer responded that both were pulled back immediately. At 347 and three seconds at an altitude of 3520 feet they're almost straight down with a bank angle of negative 99.8 degrees. Their pitch attitude is negative 80 degrees. So it's approaching straight down into the ocean.
