The Origin Story of My Career in Finance

I wanted to be an academic physical scientist. So I went and got an advanced degree in organic photo chemistry. And then I decided I wanted to eat. So I segued into medicine for well over a quarter of a century. When I realized that I lived in a country that didn't have a functioning social welfare system, I was going to have to provide for my own retirement. In the mid 1990s, I put a book online, Intelligent Asset Alligator, and eventually it got published. The people began asking me to manage money. That's when I started Fish and Frontier Advisors.
