Women Don't Know What They Need
People don't always know exactly what they need. We see people over eating and junk food, but we do it anyway. What i would say to women who don't think that they need to talk is they need it even more. Men need to be good listeners and make it safe for her to discover that she needs to talk. A lot of women don't even know it until they're complaining, you see,. then they talk, but nobody wans to listen to complaints. So sharing is something that actually produces more estrigen. And so if a woman's coming to me in counselling, for example, she's not expecting me to change. She's just sharing how she wants
