Are We Really Proxies for What Evolution Cares About?
i think it is just actually true that like, really let evolution keep running. It would like, not select for this sort of behavior. Like, am evolution certainly wants some altruism, but it also doesn't want you to live down the street from a sperm bank and not go there every day. I don't no where there is proxy. The things that we care about are, in fact, proxies for what evolution cares about. But they're not the same, right?
