What's Your Focus on Disagreement?

Academics focus too much on disagreement, says Tim Lister. We are colleagues in the profession, even though we might not be colleagues at the same institution. But often, if you work in a particular area, let's say e s g, you like to seen as the only expert in that area. So i think something that we could certainly do much more of as a profession is to recognize other people's work.
