When you have these kind, loving thoughts and feelings, then you tend to act in kind and loving ways. And I really love to let that bleed into my life because it makes me happier and the people around me happier. So yeah, I do think kind loving thoughts towards people as much as I can when I am out in a bow tent. But that's one really easy way to practice it because you get that instant feedback that people are happier when you genuinely wish them well.
