Do You Have a Judge in Your Office?
We have a hundred and 79 circuit court judges in 14 different districts. Those are all federal judge appointments, right? Their judge ther right? We byye. But then the district courts are under those, and we have 670 district courts. When these guys can't get around to solve in their dockets, they allow themselves to do what's called a magistrate judge,. They just pick a judge on their own and that jdge does not have anya congressional oversight as far as his jobs. He is limited to civil pre trial motions and settlements, a trial with a consent of both parties, or criminal misdemeanor case search warrants.
