The Dangers of Passive Investing

The largest two stocks in the s&p 500 accounting for 13.4 percent of waiting in the index if you look at the top five It's 21 percent and when those same top five are brought over to the nasdaq it's 40 percent. If you start to see that people lose a little bit of confidence in their leadership That can have a pretty big drag effect on the market cap weighted indices. Maybe value instead of growth is a little more attractive and be different types of passive investing Why not look at equal weight versus market cap weight as an option?
