The B Word Bullying in the Office

I didn't see examples of him behaving aggressively in the office. And also, it doesn't seem that actually in any of those conversations with senior civil servants, they said the B word bullying to him. It was a bit about sort of general behavior. I can remember having a conversation with a senior official at DexU who said staff in his private office were finding it quite difficult. But there are occasions when officials need to escalate these things to ultimately ministers,. if that little of intervention is required.
