Turn around times are how much time you have from when you're leaving set or work to when you can be expected back on the job. So ten hours is now what has been agreed upon in this tenative agreement, though there are exclusions even to that. And given that people are working 14, 16, 18 hour days, im often being worked through meal breakes as well. That's part of a sort of standard in the industry that a studio can pay a meal penalty fee to work someone through lunch.
