Almost two dozen new york panthers planned simultaneous attacks on two police precinct houses in the bronx and a third attack on the board of education office in queen's. Two of the plotters turned out to be undercover cops, however, and just before the attack went forward,. n p d moved on the panther 21, as they became known, and all but one were arrested. And it kind of exposed the folly of the kind of street theatre tactics thatwere favored by much of the radical left in the late sixties.
