Debraille: I've had engineering leaders who don't get technology and therefore, like, either question what I do or just leave me completely alone. But I actually really like collaborating with marketing. And then on the other side, when you're inside engineering, everything gets measured by engineering metrics and the advocacy kind of can get lost or misunderstood. So it's kind of the best of both worlds there.
