Morning Routines
Morning routines don't have to all be journaling, meditating, cross legged. They've got to work for you and anything that gives you a chance to be mindful is the perfect morning routine. I say my affirmations again, but do whatever works for you. For me, I'm too excited for my coffee. That's like me with my matcha. The thing that I look forward to most. And I get excited for it at night before I go to bed. So yeah, those are the kind of the things that I do day to day. But like I said, it's a living breathing practice.
