I just try and break it into loads like the little bits taking a break from the screen. Like you said, have some variety, break things up. Okay, I've got to do all of this by Friday instead of doing it all in one day. Let me do 20% a day or 10% a day and that that can definitely help us for sure. We were talking about other skills, being able to do a WordPress website to understand the basics or using things like Canva. Your kids students love it too. It's not too hard. Get that up and going.
