She gambled everything that we were going to grow our way out of this economic mess. Then she did this terrible, terrible thing, which was to announce a budget that surprised everyone because it lowered taxes. She also at the same time as lowering taxes didn't lower spending. In fact, she increased spending because there was all this bailout money to do with fuel bills. Never mind the fact that every government since about 50 years in our country hasn't funded its expenditure once. The idea of lowering income tax is now politically toxic and that is awful.
