How Do You Approach Interviews With Your Players?

i've had a chance to have four head stranth jobs in five years. Being a georgia tex the longest i've ever been anywhere. You can't relate to one kid in a group, they don't hear you as much. But if you pul him in your office, sit down other an, listen to him speak about stuff that he's even been through, it's the most powerful thing i've ever done as a coach. And then the team stuff just takes care of itself.
