The Cognitive Load in Health Care

The cognitive load is burgeoning over the last ten, 20 years. And if you add to that the training load to keep up with latest technology. There's also a lot of mandatory training that is imposed upon health care staff. That load can increase on top of the cognitive load. Just back to this concept of a digital hospital.
