There's a balance to what you're saying, right? It's knowing you're in the right box and in the field. But again, it sounds like if you don't at some point get happy where you are, then the happy when thing becomes almost an unsolvable promise that they make. I remember Ryan Holiday wrote an article about this, particularly how high achievers just moved the bar as soon as it's achieved.
