How Do You Transfer This Humility to Someone Else?

How do you transfer this humility to somebody else, right? Because you as a team can have it and you can build it somehow in your product, but then on the other hand, it's out of your hands. So how do you remind them of that? Yeah, yeah. One is having those questions alongside the data. So the nudge, hey, this is part of the picture. We even in, in those one on one guys I was mentioning, visually, it's the graph takes up half of kind of the space, but the question and the space for both people to share their thoughts is the other half.
