The Simple View of Reading
The simple view of writing basically says it consists of two critical processes. The first is transcription so that's being able to put the words onto the page and that entails all kinds of skills that reading doesn't need like posture pencil grip or letter formation spacing. Then there's ideation where you can actually formulate ideas and then put them into print so that your ideas flow in a way that they are understood by other people. So again we're writing and reading separate and they separate very quickly but you've got transcription also.
