Like mind is designed to trigger thoughts and keep it going, that's the default design for most people. You deprogram your mind by understanding why it acts the way it does. If you want peace and your mind is running nonstop, then that's not effective. It doesn't give you what you want. So if you want material success and your behavior is not giving you that, then it's noteffective.
