Laos is in many ways an outlier given its very small size and the indebtedness to China. Thailand, of course, doesn't want Laos to become under the influence of any particular external power. And both of these countries have taken clear steps to try to expand the options for their smaller neighbors. We see Thailand is a major actor in terms of investment, infrastructure development.
