I would say that there in't the vision of cono by partisanship, or this idea that somehow there were things above politics has always been a fallacies. Theres are a james baudwin quote that says, we can disagree and still love each other, as long as the disagreement isn't roded in my oppression or denial of my humanity or right to exist. And so i think the reality is very often, because the kind of people who serve on courts are not directly impacted, that it can all be cut of very civil and ther canbe alot of decorum.
